Me and my immediate family visited VANN spa hotel and conference, in the area around Lysekil, in October. Here I write about how it was and show pictures from the place, to give you tips and guidance, so you can value booking your own spa weekend. The hotel is beautifully located by the sea and offers a wonderful spa experience. Come along.

It is easy to find VANN hotel and Conference. Just type the address into a search engine and it will come up. But, it was nice to have this sign as a guide, when you had to turn off the main road. To get more detailed information, you can use the links at the end of this article.

Our travel companion

We were a group of 11 people who went there in October. We were of different ages, between 25 years and 85 years. I felt that everyone got a good experience and benefit from this spa stay.

Spa package

We had ordered a spa package between Saturday and Sunday. It meant that we had access to the spa department and got to enjoy a good dinner in the evening. As well as a breakfast buffet on Sunday morning.

We were very pleased with our stay. We swam both indoors and outdoors in the different pools, and some of us jumped into the sea, but not everyone dared. Then we basted with a nice view of the water. It was so relaxing and fun to hang out with family and friends.

The hotel room

The accommodation was perfectly fine, we had a regular standard room with two beds, a bathroom and a small balcony. It was clean and fresh, but nothing extra. My parents brought their dog, which worked out well. They had a room that was adapted for pets.

Spa department

I couldn't take any pictures inside the Spa section. But, Hotels.com have pictures that show well what it looks like, which you can see below. There was a very nice atmosphere in the spa department and it didn't feel crowded at all. There were many options to choose from. Different pools that can be hot or cold. Big and small. There was also fruit and drinks that were included, when you were inside the spa area.

I can really recommend VANN hotel and conference if you want a nice weekend with spa and nature. It is a perfect place to relax from the stress of everyday life and just enjoy life.
