Roads in Bohuslän
Bohuslän lies along Sweden's west coast. The area is from Gothenburg and up to Strömstad, north-south direction. Between Gothenburg and Strömstad, it is 17 miles and takes about 1 hour 50 minutes when traveling with a car, which is based on the fact that you are traveling on the E6. During this journey, however, you pass a string of wonderful destinations. Some destinations are smaller with a genuine and historical character. But, there are also destinations or resorts that are smaller cities where you will find both a big city feel with all the services and tourist experiences you can imagine. Even Sweden's second largest city, Gothenburg, is considered to be in Bohuslän.
When you visit Bohuslän, you are always close to the sea (Skagerrak). In the north-south direction, the E6 is like a traffic artery, which means that you can transport yourself quickly between your favorite places. STRAIGHT TRACK TO BOHUSLÄN BY TRAIN

If you wish to travel by train in Bohuslän, that is also possible. Of course, there are trains from most places in Sweden to Gothenburg. But, there are also train tracks from central Gothenburg all the way up to Strömstad. The journey in between takes around 2.5-3 hours and costs just over one hundred Norwegian kroner. It may be the case that some departures take place by bus as means of transport, but otherwise it is generally the train that applies.
