Bar Minimal. Imagine that you can open a super small pub, serve simple and quick dishes, with a good glass of wine. Then you realize that our Swedish food culture has moved forward. These guys have shown that it is possible and we congratulate them. We were there in the middle of June 2022 and had a great experience.

We chose to start with a can of saddler to share. Then two different pizzas arrived, with toppings that I hadn't tried before. Finished with a crushed chocolate cake. The top. Lots of flavor. We chose to drink a beer first, then we shared a natural wine. The drink was reasonable in price and good.

Here, to Bar Minimal, we come again.

The dishes we took in can be seen on the receipt below. It was a variety of several small dishes. There were four of us and we were really full.

Linné & Majorna area

The entire Linné area offers many restaurants. Övre Hursargatan has become more and more popular street for food. Among other things, Skans Hof is a block away in the street, which is very popular.
