The menu mainly offers game dishes. But, we didn't eat any dish. So I can't review it.

We did not eat at the restaurant. Just had a beer.

The review is only for Pivo as a bar. We haven't eaten there yet.

Pivo is a place we have wanted to visit several times. But, either it hasn't been open, as they don't open until 5 p.m. and therefore don't have lunch. The times we have tried to eat there in the evening, it has been fully booked. So, the restaurant is probably very popular. But, you can understand that, as it is nominated for this year's game restaurant.

In any case, we visited Pivo to experience the place, but it was then by drinking a beer at the bar. Which we then took outside to sit in the pleasant garden.

Central Gothenburg, around Avenyn

The avenue, which is Gothenburg's parade street, also has parallel streets. One of them is Arkivgatan, where Pivo is located. A couple of other restaurants are close by as well, with that uniqueness in their concept. Then it is only a few meters to Avenyn, where you will find the slightly more internationally adapted restaurants.

So, the tip is to venture out on one of the parallel streets. This is where the unique own taverns are located.
