Streetfood market är ett jättebra koncept. Du köper ett antal kuponger, som du sedan kan spendera genom att testa olika maträtter, från olika platser i världen. Det är mindre huvudrätter som serveras. 2-3 stycken bör man äta för att bli mätt. Det som är lite jobbigt är att du inte kan boka ett bord, utan måste hitta ett bord själv. Vilket innebär att det kan vara svårt att hitta en plats, när man står med händerna fulla med mat och öl. Men, atmosfären av ”knö dig in” råder. Så hittills har det fungerat väl de gånger vi varit där.
Personally, I'm not sure if I'm a fanatic about this, as it's so uncertain to find a place to sit. But, at the same time, it's such a lovely way to visit a restaurant, as you sit in old shipyard buildings, from the time when Gothenburg was one of the world's leading shipbuilders. So, the ratings that I give are relatively low. Because it is the highest quality of the food or the service. But, it's a great experience, which is why I really recommend visiting the Streetfood market.

Lindholmen is one of Gothenburg's shipyard areas
In recent years, the entire Lindholmen area has been rebuilt into offices and other business operations. But, they have chosen to keep much of the beautiful character that exists in the area, so that you feel the history present.
Another type of business that has started to establish itself is small business, in the form of microbreweries. The VEGA Brewery is one of them, which is not so far from Streetfood market. That area is called Ringön.
